DESCRIPTION:Einladung zum nächsten Feierabendtalk\n\nVerantwortlichkei
 ten im agilen Projekt\n\nLiebe Mitglieder und Freunde der Project Mana
 gement Group - Germany e.V.!\n\nDer Projektleiter trägt die Verantwort
 ung im Projekt\, doch wie teilt sich das weiter auf\, wenn es agil geh
 andhabt wird?\n\nDer Product Owner konzentriert sich auf die Inhalte\,
  ist aber nicht für die Lieferung verantwortlich. Der SCRUM Master spo
 rnt alle zur ständigen Verbesserung an\, aber wer fühlt sich denn nun 
 verantwortlich?\n\nIm kommenden Feierabendtalk legen wir dar\, wie sic
 h die Verantwortung auf die agilen Rollen aufteilt. Des Weiteren beste
 ht die Möglichkeit\, herrschende Projektsituationen aus der Praxis mit
  Ihnen gemeinsam zu diskutieren.\n\nWir freuen uns darauf\, Sie am 28.
  Februar um 18:30 Uhr bei unserem nächsten Feierabendtalk begrüßen zu 
 können.\nPDUs\nDie Veranstaltung hat eine Gesamtdauer von 1\,5 Stunden
  und ist grundsätzlich für die Einreichung von PDUs gegenüber pmi.org 
 geeignet. Die Anerkennung liegt ausschließlich beim PMI - Project Mana

  results.\nPower Skills: These interpersonal skills include collaborat
 ive leadership\, communication\, an innovative mindset\, for-purpose o
 rientation\, and empathy. Ensuring teams have these skills allows them
  to maintain influence with a variety of stakeholders - a critical com
 ponent for making change.\nBusiness Acumen: Professionals with busines
 s acumen understand the macro and micro influences in their organizati
 on and industry and have the function-specific or domain-specific know
 ledge to make good decisions. Professionals at all levels need to be a
 ble to cultivate effective decision-making and understand how their pr
 ojects align with the big picture of broader organizational strategy a
